Survey Global Password Protect
What is Global Password Protect?
When you enable the Global Password Protect option, there is one common password to start the survey for all your respondents.
To enable Global Password Protect on the survey:
Go to: My Surveys (Select Survey) » Edit
- Click on the Settings menu under Edit
- Click on Security under Settings
Note: Survey respondent tracking and Anti-Ballot Box Stuffing will work with password protection enabled.
How can I include the password in the email invitation?
Because this is a global password it will be same for all the respondents. You can make the password a part of the email body when you send it to the respondent.
To include the password in the email invitation, goto:
Login » Surveys » Send » Compose
