Suspending / Freezing Account
Can I suspend/freeze my account?
No. You cannot just freeze or suspend your account. You must cancel your account in order to stop recurring payments. Cancelling your account will delete all surveys and associated data. We recommend you to download all the data before you do the cancellation.
